BC Hydro EV Charger Rebates
BC Hydro offers a rebate covering 50% of the installation costs for Level 2 EV chargers aimed at multi-family buildings and workplaces, enhancing electric vehicle accessibility. Additional rebates and free 5-hour support from an EV charging advisor are also available.

Multi-family units and workplaces that are BC Hydro customers.
BRITISH COLUMBIA
FortisBC CleanBC Rebates
Supports the adoption of Level 2 chargers by offering a rebate of up to 75% of installation costs, focused on making EV charging stations more accessible in multi-family buildings and workplaces.
Eligible Recipients:
Multi-family and workplace settings that are FortisBC customers.
BRITISH COLUMBIA
CleanBC Go Electric Programs
It includes the Public Charger Program and Fleets Program, which offer significant contributions towards the costs of installing EV charging infrastructure in British Columbia. It covers up to 50% of project costs, with a maximum of $80,000 per DCFC and $130,000 per HPCS.

CleanBC Go Electric Fleets Program
This program from CleanBC assists fleets in British Columbia by covering 50% of project costs for Level 2 chargers, with a cap of $5,000 per charger and a total of $50,000 per fleet. Indigenous communities may receive up to 90% funding.

Energy Savings for Business Program
These include various custom incentives for businesses that strive to improve their energy efficiency. The program covers commercial costs and the use of energy-saving technologies such as electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

ALBERTA
(MCCAC) Electric Vehicle Charging Program
The Municipal Climate Change Action Centre EV Charging Program for Alberta municipalities offers up to $5,000 per Level 2 charger and $75,000 per Direct Current Fast Charger (DCFC).

Municipalities and municipal fleets
CANADA
Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP)
This program can cover 50% of total project costs up to $5,000 per Level 2 charger and up to $100,000 per DCFC. This program aims to encourage the adoption of electric vehicles by supporting the installation of charging infrastructure across different settings. Available until 2027.
